[1.0] Ranks
WoW players love progression whether it's raiding or achievements so we give an in-guild progression system that means something real.

Officer
These are Core Raiders with more responsibility.  Here in <Exodus>, Core Raiders and Officers are on equal footing and have equal loot priority.

Core Raider
First in line for the mythic raid team. Perform all boss mechanics well and are trusted in progression. They do not get outperformed by Trials or Raiders. Demonstrate a quick ability to adapt to new raid environments. Rarely, if ever, get called out.  Display a positive attitude. Have close to 100% attendance.

Raider
Second in line for mythic raid team.  Show up every week with 90%+ attendance.  They do everything a core raider does just not as well.

Trial Raider
Trials are raiders of unknown value.  There is a two week trial period during which they earn full EPGP.  They may be disenchanted for mats, vendored for gold, or promoted to (Core) Raider.

If a Trial Raider outperforms a Raider then they will take their spot.  If a Raider outperforms Core Raider, then they will take their mythic spot.  It's a performance based system with skill, attitude, and attendance being the metrics.

[2.0] Expectations

  • High attendance is critical, especially for learning new content. While we understand real life precedence, you should strive for 100% attendance.
  • Come prepared to a raid. Meaning have full enchants, gems, gold for repairs, flasks, combat pots, knowledge of the fights and a 100% focus in raids.
  • A good attitude towards raiding and other players.
  • An ability to fit into the guild environment. If you do not get along with the other members, chances are high that you will not pass the membership vote.
  • Extensive knowledge of your class mechanics and raid encounters. You should know your own role and also that of your fellow raiders. You should understand all aspects of an encounter (tanking/healing/DPS) from an academic standpoint and from a practical point of view.
  • Ventrilo and a working microphone are essential. Being able to communicate verbally is expected.

[3.0] Required Addons

  • DBM or BigWigs
  • OmenThreat Meter (for tanks)
  • ThogarAssist or ThogarHelper
  • Skada or Recount
  • EPGPLootmaster

[4.0] Loot Distribution

Loot Priority
Officers = Core Raiders > Raiders > Trials > Raider Alts/OS.

Raider Alts and Off-specs are encouraged in order to stack raid composition for specific boss fights and allow flexibility for absences.  You should be parsing at 90%+ in your ilvl bracket consistently before asking about raiding with an alt.

Weapons, trinkets, tier
This is strictly loot council with EPGP merely used for reference purposes.  Keeps the important shit in guild.  The loot council is comprised of two officers and a weekly rotating core raider. Items are still charged at full price and winner can go into negative. Officers and Core Raiders are on equal footing here.  Remember, Officers = Core Raiders.

Other Pieces
This is strictly EPGP and awards all Raiders and above equally and without bias.  This system is maintained separately from weapons, trinkets, and tier to encourage minor upgrades.

Trial raiders
Should not expect obtain any gear in their trial period.  However, by nature of the EPGP system, they will have spent 0 GP so they will be top of the stack (for Other Pieces) over any raider who has earned any piece of gear.  Basically the spent is the denominator and anyone who has been awarded gear before will have a denominator higher than zero.
